Arizona Fall Festivals

What are some of the best fall festivals in Arizona?
From pumpkin patches, apple orchards, and flower festivals to scrumptious foodie festivals, there is much to celebrate in the fall in Arizona. Here are a few of the best fall festivals in Arizona that we enjoy, and think you will too:

  • Willis Farm, Snowflake, AZ: For fun fall festivities in October head to the lovely Willis Farm. Bring the fam for a fun day of corn mazes, pumpkin patches, haunted hayrides, train rides, laser tag, and more fun games. Sit around the fire pit for hot s'mores while you warm up before another crack at the corn maze.
  • Standin’ on the Corner Festival, Winslow, AZ: This long-standing celebration in Winslow is held at the Eagle Pavilion, appropriately named after the band the Eagles. The song, "Take It Easy" is the impetus for this annual festival celebrating the iconic spot on Route 66 where a giant Route 66 sign is painted on the road. Enjoy a live auction, a horseshoe tournament, plenty of food trucks, and live music at this fun street party in September.
  • Mortimer Farms Sunflower Festival, Dewey, AZ: In late summer or early fall this farm, about 30 minutes east of Prescott, explodes with 100,000 sunflower blossoms. The official festival starts around mid-September. You can pick your own vegetables and sunflowers to take home. About a week later you can visit the farm for its Pumpkin Fest & Corn Maze. Both events can be attended for one low price.
  • Gilbert Oktoberfest, Gilbert, AZ: One of the best fall festivals for food and beer enthusiasts is always Oktoberfest. Head to Gilbert Regional Park in October for a German heritage celebration that we can all enjoy. Try your hand at the bratwurst-eating competition or the stein-holding contest (it's a lot harder than it sounds). Or, simply enjoy a spot in the sun while you enjoy a hot brat, a Bavarian pretzel, and a craft beer.
