Looking for a socially distanced Halloween haunt that’s just as scary as a regular haunted house? Scarizona Scaregrounds, one of Arizona’s most popular Halloween attractions, is hosting their first-ever drive-thru haunted house this year. Halloween Night Drive features creepy clowns, gruesome graveyards, animus aliens, and even a choose-your-own-adventure option at the end for those who need even more of a scare.
On the lower level of Scarizona Scaregrounds, Halloween Night Drive is the socially distanced haunted house you've been waiting for.
You'll experience nine different themed worlds, each one scarier than the last. The entire drive only takes about 25 minutes, but you'll feel such visceral fear that it seems like a lifetime.

Among the horrifying lands you'll traverse are The Haunted West, Fright Lane, and Zombie Takeover.
Keep your windows rolled up at all costs while passing through the latter. One bite, and you'll be doomed to walk these grounds for eternity in search of human flesh and blood.
In situations like these, it's crucial to be aware of your surroundings - especially when the ground quakes as decomposed hands from the underworld begin pushing their way through the dirt. Look away for too long, and the next thing you'll see is the piercing gaze of a ghastly undead figure standing outside your window.
Other themes include Fear Fair, Death Alley, Moonlight Junkyard, The Horror Patch, and, finally, Alien Crossing.
What are those mysterious blue lights in the sky? Could they be shooting stars? Or perhaps something a little more...otherworldly? You may begin falling into a trance as your vehicle starts ascending up towards the ship. Don't worry; I'm sure the extraterrestrial beings are friendly.
Three alternate routes are available for those whose stomachs don't easily turn. It's a choose your own adventure scenario in the goriest way possible.
Time slots for Halloween Night Drive are available from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Sunday-Thursday, and 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Other attractions at Scarizona Scaregrounds include three walk-through haunted houses, zombie paintball, and several other spooktacular scares.
Tickets are $50 per vehicle. Visit the Halloween Night Drive website to learn more and/or book a time slot. Click here for the Scarizona Scaregrounds website, and here for the Facebook page.
