If you’re a diehard nature lover, chances are you feel like you’ve discovered all there is to see – even the little-known hiking trails in Arizona you had to search high and low to find. Sometimes, however, hidden gems are hiding right under our noses – like at Phoenix Mountains Preserve, in the heart of our capital city. Lookout Mountain Circumference Trail is a short-and-sweet loop that offers unparalleled city and nature views, and it’s one of the least-trafficked hikes in the park.
Have you ever hiked the Lookout Mountain Circumference Trail? If so, we’d love to hear all about your experience in the comments section! Don’t forget to check out our previous article for a nearby hotel that would make an epic ending to a fun-filled day.
