When you’re craving Mexican food in Arizona, nothing quite compares to the chilaquiles from MartAnne’s Burrito Palace. This breakfast delicacy features tortilla chips scrambled with eggs, cheese, green onions, green or red sauce, and pork or chorizo. Nobody does chilaquiles like MartAnne’s, and locals are very aware of that fact. People come from all over the state for them, and there’s a reason why!
Nestled in the heart of historic downtown Flagstaff, MartAnne's Burrito Palace doesn't look like much on the outside... but locals know it's the place to go when a craving for Mexican food strikes.
That prestigious honor goes to a breakfast food known as chilaquiles: toasted corn tortilla chips scrambled with eggs, green onions, cheese, and red sauce, green sauce, or both.
MartAnne's offers several different ways to enjoy their signature dish. Get your chilaquiles with chorizo, green chile pork, or try the famous "J.B.'s Volcano," which features both types of meat plus sour cream and an over-medium egg.
The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner, with menu items running the gamut of Mexican classics like burritos, tacos, quesadillas, plate specials, and more.
Don't forget about dessert! The fried ice cream, Mexican donuts, banana chimichangas, and flan are simply too good to pass up - no matter how full you are.
