Everyone knows sweets are one of the best things about Christmastime. Whether it’s homemade cookies while putting up the tree or a big slice of pie, sugar comas go hand-in-hand with the holiday season. This festive chocolate walk in Historic Old Town Cottonwood features some of Arizona’s most decadent handcrafted goodies, and it guarantees this Christmas will be your sweetest one yet.
Historic Old Town Cottonwood is always a charming place to visit, but it's more enchanting than ever in December. The 25th Annual Chocolate Walk is guaranteed to make this Christmas your sweetest one yet.
Chocolatiers line Main Street, offering samples of their decadent goodies to passersby. A variety of merchants selling everything from handcrafted ornaments to quirky gifts also participate in the walk.
Even storefronts are getting into the Christmas spirit! Pop into antique shops, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms to keep the fun going all day long.
The festivities kick off at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 1 with the 64th Annual Cottonwood Christmas Parade. The walk runs from 3 to 7 p.m., interrupted only by the Old Town Light Show — complete with holiday music, of course, at 5:30 p.m.
At just $25 per person, this unique holiday attraction is an absolute steal. Click here to purchase tickets, which you'll pick up the day of at Cottonwood Community Club House.
