Valentine’s Day is coming up, and what better way to celebrate than with endless chocolate? The Chocolate Tour of Scottsdale takes you to some of the city’s finest sweet shops, and it’s the most indulgent adventure you’ve ever been on.
Meet fellow chocoholics on this two-hour walking tour of downtown Scottsdale's finest sweet shops. With a complimentary bottle of water, palate cleanser, and ziploc bag to save treats for later in-hand, get ready to indulge like never before.
Although the exact itinerary is subject to change, some of the same stops are usually included. Expect to visit places like Godiva, Zak's Chocolate, See's Candies, and Classic Cakes and Confections.
When it comes to cupcakes, Sprinkles has undoubtedly perfected the recipe. Permanent options like dark chocolate, peanut butter chocolate, and vanilla milk chocolate are available daily, while seasonal flavors such as German chocolate and stuffed French toast keep things fresh. There's even a 24/7 cupcake ATM outside!
Samples will be available at each location, which you'll munch on while learning fun facts about chocolate, Scottsdale, and all the businesses on the tour.
Brownies, truffles, and gelato are just a few of the decadent desserts you'll sink your teeth into. Some of the shops even make special treats just for the tour!
If you happen to get sick of chocolate at some point along the way, don't fret - there are usually plenty of other options. This authentic Belgian waffle from Chocolade van Brugge with tons of mouthwatering toppings certainly doesn't disappoint.
The tour begins at Herb Box Market; Address: 7051 East 5th Avenue, Suite J, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Groups can consist of up to 14 guests, and tickets go for about $45 a piece assuming full capacity.
