Small town doesn’t have to mean small portions – Payson doesn’t see it like that, anyway. Beeline Cafe in Arizona is a mom-and-pop restaurant that serves up delicious homemade meals that ensure nobody leaves the table hungry. Check the Beeline Cafe menu, place your order with one of the friendly staff, and enjoy a delicious meal of comfort food.
Right off Beeline Highway in Payson, this adorable cafe will be your new favorite place to eat. It's certainly become my family's go-to whenever we visit this small town.
Leather barstools, checkered linoleum floors, and waitresses sporting vintage attire give the restaurant a distinct '50s vibe sure to bring back cherished memories.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at Beeline, but the one thing remaining constant all day long is the portion sizes.
Your plate will be largely obscured underneath a massive pile of food, but the dishes are so scrumptious that devouring every bite is standard procedure.

Whether you prefer chicken-fried steak with eggs or mashed potatoes, it's on the menu for every meal.
A crispy breading gives way to tender meat that cuts like butter, a rich white gravy pulling everything together. This is a flavor explosion Arizonans everywhere deserve to experience.
More sophisticated entrees such as French dip sandwiches, pork chops, and rotating blue plate specials offer plenty of variety so nobody leaves the table hungry.
Not to mention the prices are extremely reasonable, so don't be afraid to go big with your order!
The Beeline Cafe is a must-stop eatery anytime I come to Payson with family or out-of-town guests. Payson is a quick day trip destination from Scottsdale but we always make sure to arrive hungry so we can dine at this mom-and-pop restaurant.
Among the best things to order at Beeline Cafe are any of the Breakfast Combos and the classic sandwiches like a BLT of Philly Cheese. But, I assure you, whatever you order, you'll enjoy every bite!
(My personal favorite here at Beeline Cafe is the Chicken Chef Salad with honey mustard dressing.)
Several flavors of pie are made from scratch on a daily basis. They're traditional as can be, with light and flaky crusts supporting the gooiest, most melt-in-your-mouth fillings on earth.
Each slice is topped with a heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream for good measure. So, if you have room after your meal, I highly recommend ordering a piece of their pie!
