Around Arizona, there are rumors that plenty of places around the state are haunted: restaurants, hotels, prisons, sometimes even entire towns! But you’ll find that the number of haunted places located underground is pretty low. In fact, we know of one that just happens to be 210 feet below the surface.
Grand Canyon Caverns is located in Peach Springs along Historic Route 66, mile marker 115. You can find details about tours, restaurants, and overnight stays at the caverns by visiting their website, gccaverns.com.
