Been feeling under the weather lately? You may want to consider making an appointment at one of these top Arizona hospitals. While some are specialized facilities, they each have received impressive rankings in both national and regional lists. Check them out:
Located in central Phoenix along the 202, this hospital was ranked the second best hospital in Arizona by U.S. News for its high rankings in specialized care. This includes geriatic care, diabetes, and endocrinology.
This top-performing hospital is ranked third in the state and made it into the national top 50 for the following categories: geriatric care, nephrology (kidney care), and pulmonology (lung care). By the way, their cafeteria has great reviews on Yelp, which isn't something you see very often.

Although small, this community hospital provides general care with a level of service that can be difficult to find in much larger hospitals.

While not ranked on any of the national lists, this hospital is known in the northern state regions for its orthopedics center. Also, if you happen to find yourself needing emergency care, you'll be happy to know the wait times are generally pretty short—on their Yelp page, they advertise an average wait time of 39 minutes, which certainly beats the two hours I usually encounter.
This hospital was tied as the sixth best hospital in the state, as determined by U.S. News. HonorHealth is also home to the Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center, which is well-regarded for its cancer treatment and service.

Recognized as one of the best hospitals in the state, Mayo Clinic has a national reputation for its cancer center and gastroenterology services.
The primary children's hospital in the state, it also has high national rankings in just about every single one of their pediatric specialties. This includes their neurology and cardiology center, plus cancer treatment.
Another central Phoenix hospital, St. Joseph's was ranked number 21 in the nation for its neurology and neurosurgery center. Plus, we hear the staff is pretty amazing.

Arizona Business Magazine recently gave this hospital as Best Medical Center. It is also known for its great service.
Tied at number six in the state with two other hospitals, Yavapai Regional Medical Center also has some impressive ranking scores across social media platforms. They have a 4.3 score on Facebook and 4.5 on Yelp.
