Arizona has several neat aquariums, but the one we’re highlighting today just might be the coolest of them all. Sea Life Aquarium, located in Tempe, is home to the only 360-degree ocean tunnel in our entire state. It’s a fully immersive underwater experience that’s perfect for your next family outing.
We've written about Sea Life Aquarium before, but today, the focus is on one specific attraction.
It's a 180,000-gallon aquarium that extends all around you, showcasing over 20 different species of fish, sea turtles, and sharks. Incredible, isn't it?

At a whopping 15 feet deep, this underwater tunnel is fun for all ages.
Not only do they keep the tunnel spic and span, but also give the animals food, health checkups, and vitamins. If you're lucky, you may arrive just in time to watch a feeding!
Admission starts at just $15 per person, and the cost includes access to all 10 Sea Life exhibits.
You'll see eels, shark eggs, and—of course—several different stingray species, using the elevated platform to gain a better vantage point of the habitat.
Hours are 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily, with the last entry being an hour before closing time. Visit the aquarium’s website or Facebook page to learn more.
