Ruins of ancient villages can be found all throughout Arizona, however, this one just might be the most incredible. Besh Ba Gowah is a 200-room abandoned Pueblo dwelling near Globe that has remained surprisingly intact despite having been built almost nine centuries ago. See for yourself:
Address: 1324 South Jesse Hayes Road, Globe, AZ 85501
Summer Hours: Wednesday-Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
For more information, visit the City of Globe’s website and the Besh Ba Gowah Archaeological Park and Museum’s Facebook page .
Have you ever been to Besh Ba Gowah? If so, what’s your favorite thing about it? We’d love to hear all about your experience!
