Santa LOVES Alaskans, and he proves that every year by getting us the best stuff. It’s kind of hard not to enjoy Christmas in our state because we get to enjoy the coolest presents… and they are all from Santa, kinda. You may not know it, but Santa controls the weather, which is why we always have a white Christmas, and he controls Obama too apparently, which explains the gift of renaming Mt. McKinley. Okay, okay, all jokes aside, Alaska is an awesome state to live in and these are just some great things about it that make it as awesome as it is.

1) A seat for himself on city council.

That's right, Santa gifted the town of North Pole, Alaska, a seat on the city council for a man legally named Santa Claus. Cool 🙂
2) A shockingly beautiful and varied landscape.

Alaska land is the best land. We have insane mountains and gorgeous valleys... we even have these awesome ice caves that are stunning and freezing at the same time!
3) The gift of the best wildlife around.

That's right... Alaska is a ski and snowboarding destination. Our slopes are the sickest and we get to use them all winter long.
