You’ve lived in Alaska either all your life or for a long period of time, and now you want to leave, huh? Well guess what… we are willing to predict that you won’t stay gone for long. Because the last frontier has a way of pulling at your heart strings and holding on so tight that it might never let you fully go. The incredible, undeniable beauty is just the start of it all.
When you get to know the locals, gaze at glaciers, climb to the top of a mountain, meet the mushing community, visit a remote village and stare endlessly a brilliantly colored sunset over the inlet – your heart will turn to complete mush. You will quickly realize that there is no place on earth like Alaska, and no matter how many times you leave – you’ll always want to come back. Or, come home.
I mean, we are the biggest state in the nation and stuff. It's a pretty big deal. And we have the best fishing and huge mountains and lots of pretty things. Whammy!
The ability to enjoy a slice of last frontier paradise, sans the crowds. To be one with nature. To let the great outdoors refresh your soul. That is truly what life is all about up here.
And we mean 'crazy' in the really, really good way. Dog lovers in Alaska are a different kind of special. Something you won't get anywhere else in the world, we just know it!
Because why would you concern yourself with materialism when you can just worry about playing outside and enjoying the beauty that Alaska has to offer!
Sure, it means that winter is coming. But my LAWD is it beautiful when it arrives. Holy-freaking-massive Alaska! Killin' it with the mountain landscapes.
