They offer four different guest rooms for rent at their farm above the horse barn.

Each room has their own theme, and you can book depending on your stylistic preferences!
All the rooms share full bathrooms, and are located on the same floor overlooking the horse arena. There's a gorgeous deck nearby where you can soak in some of the stunning views nearby, including Sleeping Lady.
You can walk straight out of your room and help saddle up the horse you'll go trail riding on!
There are two separate horse adventures you can take. One 90 minute trail ride that rides across Wolverine Lake Creek and takes you through meadows filled with Alaskan wildflowers. The other is a three hour ride that highlights gorgeous views of Hatcher Pass, Matanuska River, and Buffalo Mine!
This ranch is a working farm, so you will see how a farm runs day-to-day during your stay!
Besides their horses and trail riding adventures, they have a greenhouse, and cattle and elk herds. With all of these animals it's no surprise they also grow their own hay!
This gorgeous farm offers stunning accommodations and trail rides all summer long.
You can find Sunderland Ranch at their Address: 10856 N Wolverine Road, Palmer, AK 99645-8732. There's only a few rooms, so make sure you book early to secure your rooms!
