Alaskans love a good brunch, especially when they’re looking to get out of the house in the winter. If you’re craving some of the best breakfast foods you’ll ever eat, Spoonline in Girdwood, Alaska has all of your favorite foods. Fill up on gourmet preparations of beautiful ingredients that are a delight to behold and to eat!
In the spring of 2019 they opened a location in downtown Girdwood to host events and allow the general public to access their delicious preparations. The bistro is cozy and inviting, with warm wood tones and comfortable yet beautiful furniture.
Choose a filling with bacon, sausage, veggies, or even their vegan burrito option. Or grab something sweeter and decadent and order the heavenly Baked French Toast.

Try their Vegan Breakfast Bowl, or All The Burrito Without The Tortilla Bowl. Or mix it up and try one of their sweet creations, like their creamy coconut chia bowls. Those are served with raw coconut, candied ginger, and fresh berries.

They have delightful concoctions like summer inspired salads. Healthy and delicious, they're made with spring greens, carrots, bell peppers, strawberries, craisins, walnuts and goat cheese, tossed with balsamic dressing. They also offer sandwiches, soups, and even more salad choices!
Find cookies like the Chocolate Chunk. Spoonline uses fun ingredients like ginger molasses and a monk fruit sweetener in their baked goods. You'll also find amazing creations on their dessert menu like the Flourless Chocolate Decadence, and Blueberry Lemon Pavlova Meringue, so make sure you save room for dessert!
You can satisfy your brunch cravings every Sunday from 10:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. If you want to check out the rest of the menu, swing by Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. for breakfast and lunch, and 5:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m. for dinner. They're closed on Mondays.
