Have you ever thought about moving to Alaska? Do you wonder if you could make it up here in the dark and snow? Alaska is definitely not for everyone, but I will tell you one thing that seems to be pretty common for a lot of people; when you get off the plane and spend a week in Alaska you will either love it or hate it. There’s no in between. People tend to know right away if they belong or not, but if you don’t want to base it off of your gut, here are some other surefire signs you belong in Alaska.

1) You love beer and espresso.

I know beer and espresso are big in other parts of the Pacific Northwest, but trust me, up here it's better.
2) You love snow in the winter and don't mind rain in the summer.

Unfortunately, many of the cities experience a lot of rain in the summer, but you do learn to love it!
3) You hike nonstop.
