This remote glampground is one of the first in the state and definitely a must-see for those wanting to get out in the wilderness in style. This gorgeous spot is located right by the Matanuska Glacier, in one of the prettiest parts of Alaska.
Nestled in Glacier View, Alaska, this is the perfect compromise for those seeking adventure, but with down comforters! With stunning views peeking out of a canvas tent, it’s an adorable little escape from your every day life.
They’re constructed on a stunning cedar floor, and there’s a gorgeous eight foot long porch to relax on. The view from the tents are stunning as you can gaze out over the valley to the Matanuska Glacier.

Enjoy a gorgeous cedar hot tub during the evening hours of 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. There isn’t any shower facilities, but there are flushing toilets available!

The base camp area has board games, tables, a fire pit, and even an area to charge electronics! This is great because there’s also 4G AT&T signal at the tent and dining area, as well as WiFi at a local coffee stand about a two minute walk away.
Enjoy fresh fruit, oatmeal, Alaskan roasted coffee, tea, fresh baked goods, and even eggs. There’s a coffee stand, MICA Mocha, within two minute walking distance.
There’s plenty of parking below the tents, and there’s screened in doors and windows! They even put out two lovely Adirondack chairs on each deck for your use.
