Whether you're a novice to rafting in Alaska, or a pro, the experienced guides will make you feel comfortable and confident in your abilities. The equipment provided includes a dry suit, river shoes, a PFD (personal floatation device), helmet, and paddle if applicable.
There are three different trips to choose from, each offering a different rafting experience that will be tailored to your preferences: Wilderness Wave, the Canyon Wave, and the Wave Train Combo.

Wilderness Wave is an 11-mile scenic float that's milder and great for families with kids 5 years and up. The Canyon Wave also extends for some 11 miles and ventures through the Nenana Canyon, where you'll experience both whitewater and scenery. Lastly, there's the Wave Train Combo, which lasts half a day and offers the best of both worlds: rafters will experience both the Wilderness Wave and the Canyon Wave at a discount.
Depending on your activity preference, you can choose to be an Oar Boat Rider or a Paddle Rafter.

The Oar Boat Rider lets you sit back and enjoy the ride as your guide leads you downriver.
The Paddle Rafter experience means you'll be actively paddling along with the guide, working as a team to navigate the water. This option is ideal for those looking for high activity.
