1. Russian Bishop's House, 199 College Drive, Sitka
This beautiful slice of history was built in 1842 for the Bishop when Alaska was a part of Russia. It is rumored that there are cold winds in the halls that seem to come from nowhere, visitors experience chills, and an apparition in blue dress is said to walk the halls.
2. Chatanika Lodge, 5760 Steese Highway (32.69 km),
From this remote Alaskan roadhouse you can feel the mining history of the area in the air, and occasionally see something strange. The area is often shrouded in an otherworldly fog and many visitors claim to see miners from the Gold Rush era still walking the loose rock of the tailing piles nearby.
3. Fourth Avenue Theatre, 630 West 4th Avenue, Anchorage
On the National Register of Historic places, this beautiful theatre is widely considered to be haunted. It was built in the 1940's and operated through the 1980's as a movie theatre. There are reportedly a single woman ghost that comes out of the full moon and creates odd sounds, objects moving on their own, and there are even reports of things floating.
4. Northwest Arctic Heritage Center, 171 Third Avenue, Kotzebue
The site of the current building has been an area of paranormal interest since the 1980's. According to local legend, a little boy followed his basketball underneath the building and died tragically, drowned in the melting snow. Many have reported hearing disembodied laughter and the sounds of children playing when no one is around.
5. Igloo City, Mile 214.5 Parks Hwy, Denali National Park and Preserve
This abandoned roadside hotel lies on the Parks Highway near Cantwell. A four-story concrete building, it never opened to customers. This remote area is dark and empty, except for the times when travelers have reported seeing the lights on in the long empty building, and seeing the silhouette of a woman standing in the windows of the hotel.
6. Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, 1650 Cowles Street, Fairbanks
The nursery is reportedly the haunted part of this hospital, with unexplained noises, equipment malfunctions, and faucets turn on and off on their own. Unexplained cold spots appear in the nursery, and cries from unknown sources can be heard, terrifying the staff.
7. McCarthy Road, Edgerton Highway to McCarthy, Eastern Alaska

This historic saloon and brothel is a fascinating place to visit in the summer. There are countless stories of the resident ghost, commonly referred to as "Lydia", has been known to pop up reflected in mirrors, as well leave messages on mirrors in steam and move objects around the hotel.
10. Wendy Williamson Auditorium, University of Alaska Anchorage
Visitors and crew to the UAA Auditorium are constantly reporting paranormal events. Unexplained light and sound problems, including a strange voice on the headset. It is possibly the spirit of the auditorium's namesake.
