Chair 5 is a staple in the resort town of Girdwood, Alaska. Specializing in your favorite comfort foods like deep dish pizza, and tasty nachos, this place is perfect after a long day of skiing or hiking. They're open seven days a week to satisfy your hunger, from 11:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m.

In a town far off the beaten path you'll find the Roadside Potatohead. First known for their delicious burritos, you can now find fresh Copper River salmon with preparations that change daily. Grab a local brew on draft, and sit outside and enjoy the midnight sun in the gorgeous town of McCarthy. If you don't want to drive sixty miles down a dirt road, visit their sister restaurant, The Roadside Potatohead Too, in Valdez, Alaska.
Many Alaskans try Talkeetna Spinach Bread for the first time at the Alaska State Fair. But this cool Airstream trailer calls Talkeetna, Alaska home. Even though they only offer a limited menu, everything that comes out of this restaurant is delicious. Along with their staples of spinach bread, blueberry rhubarb crisp, and Brazilian Limeade, you can try one of their specials or a breakfast burrito that's served every morning. They're open Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m., and on Sundays 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
