Back then, it was a big deal to eat a meal while sitting in your car, and the little metal trays that clipped to your window were the perfect place to rest your burger and soda. There’s still one drive-in here in Alaska that offers car hop service. We can’t wait for Buffalo Center Drive-In to open for the season!
