Caribou is a lean, delicious meat to cook with, so you won't find it in just their burgers.
Caribou doesn't just make an appearance in their awesome burgers; you can find it in their chili, too. Even though this is wild game it doesn't taste gamey at all. Expect tons of flavor in the chili with beans, vegetables, and spices.
Top it with onions, tomatoes, relish, or cheese, and grab a side of freshly made coleslaw to add to your meal. Or pair it with their creamy blue cheese potato salad.
If you're feeling like downing some delicious barbecue, they have plenty of fantastic offerings that will satisfy your craving.
Enjoy a pulled pork sandwich, pulled chicken sandwich, or baby back ribs. All of the barbecue sauce is gluten free, and they even offer gluten free buns, too, if you'd like them.
If you think the menu is only limited to fantastic dinners, you'll be wowed by their pastry selection, too.
Pair your espresso with freshly baked bakery goods like their homemade donuts and cinnamon rolls. There's nothing like a fresh donut and a great cup of coffee to start your day.
This awesome spot is open seven days a week, all year long in the Skagway Bazaar.
They are open 10:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and on Sunday they're open from 10:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. There are two entrances to the restaurant, one between 5th and 6th on Broadway. The other entrance is from Klondike General Store on 6th Street. Make sure to put this place on your bucket list, you won't want to miss it!
