Downstairs there is a gorgeous queen sized bed with plenty of cozy linens. There's also two thick pull out pads for beds in the loft above this queen.
The sofa downstairs is a LA-Z-Boy sofa, and can pull out and sleep one person.

The entire house can sleep five, but as the whole space is only 16x20 feet, it's a little tight if all five people are adults. This is better suited to a family with children.
