Casea Peterson grew up archery hunting, fishing, and camping throughout the Pacific Northwest. Motivated by her love for the outdoors she moved to Alaska to attend school and to spend time exploring the last frontier. If she doesn’t have a pen in hand or her nose in a book, she can be found out on a lake or up in the woods around a fire with friends.
Let’s face it, kids are expensive and totally time consuming. They completely change your life (for the better) and more pressingly, your eating habits. Remember the good ol’ days where you and your significant other could go out and grab an inexpensive meal for two? Now, however, those trips have turned into a messier, louder, much more expensive version. Since we can’t help you with the added mess and noise, the least we can do is make your date nights cheaper again by putting together a list of restaurants around Alaska where kids eat for free. That’s right, penny pinching parents, FREE.
Good ol' Pizza Hut. You can never go wrong with a slice of warm, pizza! Enjoy the lunch buffet from 11 am-2 pm during the week when children, 3 and under, eat for free.
Tuesday night is Family Night at the Golden Corral. From 4-9:30 pm kids 4-8 eat for $4.39, kids 9-12 eat for $5.39, kids 3 & under eat free with adult meal purchase.
