There are several places located throughout Alabama that are perfect for a family day trip. From state parks and scenic preserves to historic towns and beautiful beaches, the options are endless. One place, in particular, is Tigers For Tomorrow at Untamed Mountain. This wildlife park is special in so many ways and after just one visit, you’ll understand why. Check it out!
Tigers For Tomorrow at Untamed Mountain, which is located in the tiny town of Attalla, is a non-profit Wild Animal Preserve and Environmental Educational Center. It's also one of Alabama's top animal attractions.
Founded in 1999, Tigers For Tomorrow is situated on 140 acres and is a permanent home to more than 175 animals. Besides tigers, a few other animals you'll find at this wildlife park include bears...
...lions...
...zebras...
...and all of your barnyard favorites.
The price of admission is $15.00 for adults and $7.50 for children ages 3-11. Children under the age of 3 are free. The park's hours depend on the time of year you visit. You can view them by clicking this link .
