For anyone who enjoys exploring the outdoors, especially by hiking, Alabama is a great place to be. With such a variety of hiking destinations available throughout the state, the Sipsey Wilderness, which covers approximately 25,000 acres of North Alabama’s William B. Bankhead National Forest, is one of Alabama’s top hiking destinations. There are many trails located within the Sipsey Wilderness, and we’ve include seven of the best ones below.
