There are 21 state parks in Alabama just waiting for some exploration, including:
- DeSoto State Park, Fort Payne
Among its 3,502 acres, you’ll find an assortment of activities, such as 30 miles of trails for hiking and biking, but the pièce de résistance is most likely the view of the 107-foot DeSoto Falls. You can also camp, picnic, and use the seasonal pool.
