The Old Railroad Bed Trail, also known as Monte Sano Railroad Trail, is located at Monte Sano Nature Preserve in Huntsville, Alabama. Interestingly, Monte Sano Nature Preserve is one of the largest urban nature preserves in the United States.

This scenic trail, which is approximately 2 miles long, runs from Toll Gate Trail to the North Alabama Land Trust Bankhead Trail. It was once a rail line that took guests to a resort atop of Monte Sano Mountain in the late 1800s.
