The Magic City Mimosa Festival in Birmingham, Alabama will bubble up into a fun-filled day for the third year at Sloss Furnaces on Saturday, April 20, 2024. I hope you’ll join me in raising a toast to that!
If you’re not familiar with mimosas, the traditional version of this cocktail is made with champagne and chilled orange juice. Your best bet for making them is to use a cheaper bubbly than actual champagne, like cava or prosecco. Ultimately juice flavor overpowers that of the wine, and these two blend with juice just as well!
