This meandering boardwalk trail is open all year long, so no matter the season, you'll be able to enjoy it. In addition to hiking and walking, birding is another popular activity that's enjoyed by many who take this trail.
Ebenezar Swamp is one of the fastest disappearing wetlands in the southeastern United States. It's also part of the Cahaba River watershed, which happens to be one of North America's most ecologically-renowned watersheds.
Also located along the trail are steel abstract animal sculptures, which were created by University of Montevallo students. You won't see anything like them anywhere else.
