Mater's Pizza & Pasta Emporium offers two locations in Alabama: Gadsden (pictured) and Albertville. Since opening its Gadsden location in 1978, this restaurant has welcomed countless pizza lovers from near and far.
Speaking of pizza, a variety of pizzas are sold at Mater's Pizza & Pasta Emporium, including the restaurant's most famous one of all, the "Better Boy."
The "Better Boy" consists of generous portions of pepperoni, Italian sausage, ground beef, ham, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, black olives, and extra cheese. It's also available in the following three sizes: 8", 10", 12", and 16". For those of you with a huge appetite, you'll want to order the 16" because it weighs a whopping seven pounds and will definitely fill you up.
