It’s no secret that Alabama is a hiker’s dream. After all, there are several hiking trails located throughout the Yellowhammer State that are great for a variety of skill levels. Pine Beach Trail is located within the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama.

After hiking over sand dunes, you'll arrive at Pine Beach Trail's beach area (end of the trail). This beach area is quite secluded when compared to other beaches in the area.
So, if you're wanting to visit a beach in the Gulf Shores area that's not usually crowded, you'll certainly want to add Pine Beach Trail to your hiking bucket list.
