Founded in 1879 by brothers James B. Harrison and Daniel T. Harrison, it's the oldest operating hardware store in Alabama, and one of the oldest in the U.S.

Even though Harrison Brothers Hardware doesn't sell hardware like it once did, you'll still see many items on display that'll take you back to the days it did, including old receipts, ledgers, calendars, etc.
