Café Acadiana offers a variety of signature specialties, including their famous Boudreaux's Burrito. This tasty creation consists of a crawfish, shrimp, and crabmeat stuffing that's been rolled in a flour tortilla, deep fried, and topped with a flavorful shrimp and crawfish cream sauce.
