Chino Bandido is a little hole in the wall restaurant in north Phoenix and is actually fairly easy to pass by since it sits in a strip mall. You won't want to the next time you're passing through this area though!
When you order, you get an option of creating a combo bowl with items like chile relleno, Chinese BBQ pork, or carnitas. Add some fried rice and refried beans and you have one strange meal that is also tasty.
