If you are looking for one of these unique places that features hand-crafted and mouthwatering foods, you will love your trip to this epic cheese factory near Denver!
Located in Longmont, Haystack Mountain Cheese has been handcrafting their creamy (and sometimes innovative) goat milk cheeses for more than 25 years!
Crafted by master cheesemaker Jackie Chang, the selection at Haystack Mountain ranges from fresh Feta to bloomy Cashmere to aged Quesos that are sure to ruin you of all other dairy products.
(As per Haystack Mountain's website , "Even if you’ve shied away from goat cheese in the past, give Haystack’s a try. We can’t keep track of how many goat cheese converts we’ve won over with our wares.")
