One of the haunted places near me is a former Victorian mansion. When the landmark first opened in 1870, it was called the Deutsches Hotel and was rebranded in the 1980s. When you stay the night, be aware of the governess' ghost, a woman who supposedly died there is said to reside in Room 14, lingering especially near children who stay.

What was once the Masonic Opera House is now a normal, fully functioning theater — with the exception of a ghostly little girl, mysterious fog, and a voice asking for someone named Andrew.
