Then you select your cheese (or cheeses) - American, Swiss, Provolone, Monterey jack, Pepper jack, Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, Blue cheese crumbles, Mozzarella and/or Munster. Finish the perfect sandwich with your choice of toppings.
