Though mighty in terms of personality, Rhode Island is in fact the smallest state and definitely tends to get a tad overlooked. Since not everyone has had the wonderful opportunity to visit this fine state, there are quite a few things that seem obscure to those who haven’t been here. When entertaining an out of state visitor, or on vacation, those of us from Rhode Island often find ourselves having to explain quite a few things that are part of our every day life in Little Rhody. Here are 12 things most people that aren’t from Rhode Island just don’t understand.
