In the Twin Cities, there’s a little shop that makes amazing donuts – including out-of-this-world delicious apple fritters – that will have you forgetting all about your morning convenience store ritual.
Granny Donuts in West St. Paul has been around for almost 30 years.

Apple fritters are super popular at Granny Donuts, but all of the donuts are worth trying. Most are a dollar or less, so you can try a few for just a couple bucks. But be warned - Granny Donuts only accepts cash. Find the shop at 1555 Robert Street South in West St. Paul. They are open Monday through Friday 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
