This one’s for you, Generation X. If you grew up in Montana during the 80s, it’s time to take a trip down memory lane. Since Montana is so vast and you were sooo young back then (right?), not everything on this list will ring a bell… but hopefully something will spark a nostalgic smile.
How many of these things do you remember?
Before a paved pedestrian path was added to the Rimrocks, you could park your car by the edge and have a picnic or lay out in the sun. "Rimrock Beach," as it was known, was always a popular place.
Video arcades were all the rage in the 80s. If you were old enough, you played, if you were too little, you probably wished you could play.

Freddy’s Feed and Reed was a Missoula landmark from 1972-1998. It was known for featuring books by local authors and serving delicious vegetarian food.

Who remembers our former Continental Basketball Association team that played at Four Seasons Arena in Great Falls from 1980-1983?
Because eventually you watched every VHS tape in your private collection.
