Wyoming is home to many natural hot springs but there are only a few of them where you can actually soak in the warm rejuvenating water. This hot spring off the beaten path is the perfect destination for some R&R. This hidden hot spring in Wyoming will take you away from it all.
Granite Hot Springs is located deep in the Bridger-Teton National Forest in the Gros Ventre Mountains on Granite Creek Road in Pinedale.
To get there, take US Hwy 191N to Granite Creek Road. Granite Hot Springs is 10 miles down this road. Check out the view along the dirt road to the springs.

Located 30 miles southeast of Jackson, the spring is maintained by the United States Forest Service.

The temperature of the water in the summer is 93º and in the winter 112º.

The pool can be accessed by car during the summer but during the winter months, it can only be accessed by skis, snowmobile, dogsled or snowshoes.
