Grand Teton Chuckwagon Cookouts are an authentic old west experience. Horse-drawn covered wagons take you on a 20-minute ride through Buffalo Valley to an aspen grove. There, you will enjoy a meal fit for a cowboy and live music.
The hearty meal includes a rib-eye steak, BBQ beans, baked potato, cornbread, watermelon and brownies. The food is simple and good and the entertainment is low key.

To get to the Grand Teton Cavered Wagon Cookout, at Moran Junction, go 3 miles east on 89. Take a left on Buffalo Valley Road, drive 6 miles and look for the red wagons on the right.

At Bar T 5, you will take a ride in a horse drawn covered wagon up Cache Creek Canyon. Along the way, watch out for a mountain man named Buckskin who will make sure you arrive at your destination safely. Bar T 5 is a great one for kids because an attack from the Native Americans is on the horizon.
The delicious Dutch oven dinner includes a roll, salad, beans, BBQ chicken, roast beef and corn on the cob. Drinks include water, lemonade, coffee or hot chocolate.
The band plays western music just like the wranglers did around the campfire at night in the old west.

The Bar J Chuckwagon was originally a working cattle ranch. Bar J provides an authentic western family experience with an emphasis on family values and western hsopitality.

To get to Bar J Chuckwagon, head south on Hwy 187/189. Turn right at the "Y" intersection. Head west on Hwy 22. Turn right on Hwy 390. Bar J is 1 one mile on the left.
This adventure starts as a journey to Yancy's Hole, either on horseback or in a covered wagon. You can choose from a 1 or 2 hour horseback ride or a 30-45 minute wagon ride.
The meal includes steak, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, corn, corn muffins, watermelon, fruit crisp and beverages.
