In the midst of the pandemic, Sora originally opened as a ghost kitchen. A ghost kitchen, if you're new to this term, is a business that operates digitally, often not even boasting a real storefront for diners to sit down... it's literally just a commercial kitchen! Well, locals loved the concept of Sora so much that it eventually opened an official brick and mortar in early 2022.
