Taste is certainly subjective, especially when it comes to our favorite foods – like donuts. Those of us who like really good donuts – for breakfast, a snack, or any time we’re craving something sweet – likely have that one go-to spot that we think no one can beat. But that doesn’t mean we’re not up for trying something new, like this one bake shop. It’s been said it has some of the best donuts in Pennsylvania.
If you’ve got a hankering for a really good donut, you’ve got three locations of Yum Yum Bake Shops from which to choose. This beloved donut shop, a Pennsylvania favorite since 1963, has three locations – Colmar, Quakertown, and Warminster.
The unassuming donut shop consistently earns glowing marks from sweets fans, even helping Yum Yum Bake Shops earn a spot on the list of the top 15 mouthwatering donut shops in Pennsylvania and for serving the best donuts in Bucks and Montgomery Counties for 10 years running.
The menu’s jam-packed with a variety of donuts. If you waffle on making decisions, you’re going to find a doozy here. From Boston cream and peanut butter cup to classic glazed and double Dutch, each flavor is sure to get your mouth watering.
Oh, but that’s just the start of your choices. Yum Yum’s donut holes are known as Yumsters, and they’re perfect if you feel like a variety; they’re available in glazed, powdered, sugared, Dutch crumb, and sprinkled.
While you can easily pop a Yumster into your mouth and savor, you’ll likely want to share one of the Big Kahuna (feeds 10 to 12) or the Monster (feeds four to six) donuts.
What do you think? Do you agree that Yum Yum Bake Shops have some of the best donuts in Pennsylvania? If not, who do you think deserves that honor? Let us know in the comments!
