It’ll be hard to find a place closer to the Derby than this Airbnb in Louisville. Conveniently located only four minutes from Churchill Downs, this rental is less than 20 minutes from the airport and downtown Louisville, too. While you’re in the area, spend an afternoon touring the Louisville Slugger Museum and other downtown Louisville attractions.
Still very close to Churchill Downs, this is the perfect place to stay in Louisville if you want a quieter, more neighborhood feel. This three-floor rental in Louisville has four bedrooms and 2.5 baths and can sleep up to 10 guests. My favorite part of this Airbnb is the game room! There’s a pop-a-shot basketball game, a foosball table, and a ping pong table for endless hours of competitive fun. The Louisville Zoo is nearby and it’s home to over a thousand animals from all across the globe.
Freshly renovated in right in the heart of Louisville, this spacious rental in Germantown is just the perfect home base while you enjoy the Kentucky Derby. The two-bedroom, two bathroom house is just three miles from Churchill downs and the beautiful Preston Park is right behind the property!
Also located in the Germantown neighborhood of Louisville, this 2,400-square-foot home is a great place to stay for the Derby. This rental can sleep up to 11 people with five bedrooms (seven beds) and two bathrooms, so it’s perfect if you have a larger group. This rental is a guest favorite for a reason!
If you don’t need a large rental, this two bedroom, one bathroom rental in Louisville is right up your alley. It is a basement unit, but this is a private rental, you’ll have the entire unit to yourself with no shared spaces. It’s only 2.3 miles to Churchill Downs and even closer to dozens of local restaurants, music venues, bakeries, and coffee shops.
Treat you and your party to a luxurious stay at this Airbnb in the Highlands neighborhood of Louisville. The 1,800-square-foot two-story home comes with everything you need, including a lovely backyard with a grill, a fire pit, corn hole boards, and even an axe throwing game!
This lovely loft rental is ideal for anyone who wants to explore the sights and sounds of Louisville. It’s within walking distance to many breweries and restaurants and only a short drive if you want to explore downtown. It’s worth noting that this rental is on the second floor, and there isn’t an elevator in this building. The only way to access the unit is by using the stairs.
This Airbnb is a little bit further away from Churchill Downs, but even still, you’re within a 20 minute drive. Ideal for a more quiet escape, the two bedroom, one bathroom rental in Louisville has everything you need for a wonderful weekend. While you're in the area, check out E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park!
Even though this Airbnb is in Indiana, it’s only seven miles from Churchill Downs and it’s a perfect budget-friendly rental for the Derby. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom, plus a washer and dryer so you can pack light.
This brand-new one-bedroom condo is located in the Highlands neighborhood. The 900-square-foot rental is the perfect size for a couple and comes with everything you need. It’s less than 10 minutes from Churchill Downs, which is just too perfect for the price.
This downtown Louisville studio apartment is in the historic medical district and is close to all of the top Louisville attractions. Not only does this rental come with a parking spot (which is convenient when you’re downtown) but it’s also pet-friendly!
We’ve saved the quirkiest for last. This might just be the most unique Airbnb in Louisville! You’ll find it over in Old Louisville. The cottage dates back to the 1800s and has been renovated with modern appliances and decorated with bright and bold colors wherever possible. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom is less than five miles away from Churchill Downs, and also very close to both Germantown and The Highlands.
