While Idaho is known for its potatoes, there are many other wonderful things that our great state brought individuals around the country. For example, the chair lift made days on the slopes much more enjoyable and the television allows for entertainment any time of the day. But, there is one lesser-known invention that also got its start in Idaho — the floating green. If you are a golf enthusiast, this is just one more reason to love the Gem State.
