But today, our adventure takes you to Fox Creek Trail, a five-mile hike near Sun Valley that is absolutely breathtaking. With rivers and creeks, mountains, trees, wildflowers, and more, your entire journey is going to be filled with stunning scenery.

Fox Creek Trail is one of the best hikes near Sun Valley, Idaho. This is a 5.3-mile loop trail in the Sawtooth National Forest where every mile is packed with gorgeous scenery.

You will find the trailhead to the Fox Creek Trail just off Idaho State Highway 75, north of Ketchum.
This trail is considered moderate in difficulty as there are some inclines you have to climb and you’ll have some loose rocks you’ll have to carefully trek over as you go.

Hikers tip: If you tackle this trail counterclockwise, you’ll have more hills to climb.
