If you’re looking for the biggest pumpkin patch in Colorado where you can dive in full force and get in the fall spirit, then we found it for you! It’s Anderson Farms in Erie. Not only does Anderson Farms have the biggest pumpkin patch in Colorado, but this farm also is full of other attractions and fun activities that the whole family can enjoy. Anderson Farms often sells out of tickets for its Fall Festival, and you don’t want to miss out.
You NEED to go to Anderson Farms this fall season! It's the absolute best place to celebrate the wonders of autumn in Colorado!
Anderson Farms' pumpkin patch is the biggest pumpkin patch in Colorado. It covers over 25 acres and you'll find 70 different varieties of pumpkins, squash, and gourds in it!
You'll ride out to the pumpkin patch in a wagon pulled by an antique Oliver tractor. You can pick your pumpkin - or pumpkins - and then bring them to the car for safe-keeping. Then, you can re-enter the Fall Festival to enjoy the rest of the amazing attractions.
As Halloween approaches, Anderson Farm usually has a wheelbarrow sale, if you prefer. This sale allows patrons to fill a wheelbarrow with as many pumpkins, squash, and gourds as they can fit in it.

If you don't want to attend the Fall Festival, but just want some pumpkins, you can pick up a pumpkin for yourself at Pumpkinland instead. Pumpkinland is an area set up near the parking lot to shop for prepicked pumpkins without entering the festival.
But... onto the Fall Festival, which is also spectacular, even above and beyond all the pumpkins! Of course, there's a cornfield maze that you can walk through during the day or night. It's never haunted.
However, there's another maze on the property called Terror in the Corn that IS haunted. The main cornfield maze is even wheelchair accessible when it's not muddy.
There are farm animals that you can meet and pet, pedal go-karts that you can race, and a barrel train your kiddos can ride on.
There are lots of other kids' activities too, like sand diggers, a rainbow maze, a tire mountain, a wooden train to climb on, some other climbing structures, and this slide thing made using an old combine.
… Including this giant pumpkin atop the silo! You're going to love everything about Anderson Farms, its giant pumpkin patch, and its Fall Festival. Don't miss it!
Anderson Farms is fantastic and it’s the best place in Colorado to celebrate fall. Book your tickets today – you don’t want them to sell out before you do. I can’t wait to go there myself – see you there!
