The Niles Scream Park opens its doors for the season on September 8, and it's open every Friday and Saturday throughout the month. Then it's open Friday - Sunday every weekend in October. They stay open past Halloween for Black Out nights, which get even spookier as the lights shut down.

Michiganders know they brew some of the best beer in the country. This festival is all about celebrating these suds on September 9 in Marquette, Michigan. We take our beer celebration to a whole new level in Frankenmuth. While the town is most well known for its Christmas Store, it's also home to one of the oldest microbreweries in the country. In 1996, members of the German Parliament proclaimed this festival as the first Oktoberfest to operate with the blessing of the original Oktoberfest held in Munich.
